Die manufacturing

At SOME we have an excellent die manufacturing service through MATRIX, S.A., a company of Grupo SOME, which is a leader in the industry due to the accuracy and quality of its stamping dies division.

From the initial designs of the process and products in 3D CAD, Solid Works and/or prototype, the precise progressive dies are designed and manufactured in order to obtain the required result with the minimum tolerances. The necessary adjustments and modifications are made and the screening of our failure mode and effect analysis takes place, as the result of years of experience, guaranteeing the optimal operation and performance of the die.

We have an internal die and tool maintenance service to achieve optimal performance and operation throughout the useful life of the die.
